BLASFEO always export a BLASFEO API, which exposes the functionality to pack and unpack matrices and vector in cache-optimized formats (panel-major matrix format). All linear algebra routines operates on the panel-major matrix format.
Optionally, it is possible to export also a BLAS API for selected routines.
